Refunds & Exchanges (if applicable)
Given the exclusivity of our merchandise, we inspect each item before shipping. The recipient has 3 days (not including weekends and holidays) to inspect item upon delivery. In the rare event merchandise is damaged, send an email to email@example.com.
Because we take great pride in offering quality products, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment for damaged merchandise. There's also the option to exchange the damaged item for merchandise of equal value.
If customer wants to exchange for a different size/color but item is not damaged, send an email to inquire about product availability. Customer will receive refund in the form of store credit if item is no longer in stock.
Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
To be eligible for return/exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and without stains (deodorant, fragrances, animal hair, smoke, etc).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. We have the right to deny your return/exchange due to the item not being in sellable condition. If you are approved, then your return will be processed and payment issued.
Shipping back to Ordinarily Jas will be paid by the customer. Please do not ship your item back WITHOUT approval from us first.
